Der Auftragnehmer muss Metallbau- & Schlosserarbeiten im und an Bestandsgebäuden sowie in einem neuerrichteten Haupteingang ausführen. Die Arbeiten sind nicht parralele ausführbar, da die Gesamtbaumaßnahme im laufenden Klinikbetrieb erfolgt und in Teilbaumaßnahmen unterteilt ist. Die Leistungen sind in verschiedenen Bauabschnitte und unterschiedlichen Zeitabschnitten auszuführen.
