Brief Description
Das Gebäude Martin-Luther-Straße 105 in 10825 Berlin wurde in den Jahren 1915 bis 1921 als Büro- und Verwaltungsgebäude errichtet. Aktuell wird es als Dienstsitz der Senatsverwaltung für Wirtschaft, Energie und Betriebe des Landes Berlin genutzt. Wegen der erheblichen Schäden aus Schadstoff- und Feuchtebeanspruchung sollen das Untergeschoss und der Tiefkeller instandgesetzt werden. Geplant ist der Rückbau und die Neuinstallation eines Heizkreisverteilers im Rahmen der Sanierungsmaßnahme entsprechend Baufortschritt.
