Brief Description
Die Stadt Regensburg plant den Rückbau und Abbruch der Fachakademie Berufsschule II, Ziegelweg 1 in Regensburg.
Der Rückbau des in den 1970er Jahren errichteten Bestandsgebäudes mit drei Vollgeschossen umfasst die Entrümpelung, die umfangreiche Schadstoffsanierung (insbesondere einer Vielzahl schwach gebundener Asbestprodukte), die vollständige Entkernung, den Totalabbruch sowie die Abfallentsorgung.
Die entstehende Baugrube ist zu verfüllen.
