Brief Description
Im denkmalgeschützten Gebäudeensemble wird eine brandschutztechnische Ertüchtigung vorgenommen.
Aus den Fluren im OG des Hautgebäudes sollen Fluchtmöglichkeiten direkt ins Freie geschaffen werden. Hierzu werden die beiden bestehenden Austrittspodeste ehemals als Anleiterpodeste für die Feuerwehr genutzt - an den jeweiligen Flurenden abgebaut und jeweils eine eingeschossige Fluchttreppe als Spindeltreppe mit neuem Austrittspodest vor der bestehenden Aussentür errichtetet.
