Die Sanierung ehemalige Forsthaus in Söflingen umfasst unter anderem Brandschutzertüchtigungen, Barrierefreiheit, Beseitigung von Feuchteschäden und die Sicherung der Standsicherheit. Außerdem wird die Haustechnik und Oberflächen im Inneren komplett erneuert.
Um künftige Feuchteschäden entgegenzuwirken, wird im Zuge der Gesamtsanierung eine Horizontalsperre im Injektionsverfahren nachträglich eingebracht.
