Haus 1 und Haus 4 der Bundespolizei PW ist mit einer Brandmeldeanlage der Kategorie 2 (Teilschutz) auszustatten, die im Dienstzimmer der Leitstelle aufgeschaltet wird. Die zu bauende Anlage ist auf Grundlage der DIN 14675 und der DIN VDE 0833-2 geplant. Haus 1 verfügt über 4 oderirdische Vollgeschosse und ein Dachgeschoss. Haus 4 hat ein Vollgeschoss und ist mit Haus 1 baulich verbunden.
