Brief Description
Die 2-geschossige Tiefgarage des BayLfSt in der Arcostraße 2 (Nutzfläche ca. 4.350 m² inkl. Zufahrt, 2. UG mit Sprinkleranlage) ist instandzusetzen. Es ist eine Betonsanierung mit Einbau eines KKS in beiden Parkebenen inkl. bei den Rampen geplant. Zudem sind die drei Schutzraumtore im 1. UG auszubauen und in geringeren Umfang Arbeiten zur Beseitigung von Brandschutzmängeln durchzuführen. Die Instandsetzung findet bei laufenden Gebäudebetrieb statt. Während der Bauzeit sind Stellplätze in begrenzter Anzahl in der Tiefgarage weiter vorzuhalten. Die Bauausführung erfolgt deshalb in Abschnitten.
