Das Staatliche Bauamt beabsichtigt die Errichtung einer PV-Anlage mit ca. 160kWp auf dem Dach eines Laborgebäudes. Die Dachdeckung besteht aus eine extensiven Dachbegrünung.
Das Gebäude ist ein Laborgebäude mit Flachdach, mit den Maßen von ca. 95m x 16m bzw. 58m x 10m, Neigungen von 2-3° auf der Abdichtungsebene (Umkehrdach) bzw. 0° bei der Dachbegrünung und einer Attikahöhe von maximal 14m. Die Abdichtungsebene wurde als Umkehrdach ausgeführt.
Die Anlage wird als Eigenverbrauchsanlage mit Überschusseinspeisung mit Ausrichtung Süd installiert.
