Brief Description
Die Außenwand der Kellergeschosse unter dem Verbindungsgang zwischen Geb. 12 und Geb. 13 muss auf der Südseite außen abgedichtet werden. Diese Außenabdichtung muss mit einer Innenabdichtung im untersten Geschoss kombiniert werden, da es nicht möglich ist die Abgrabung für die Ausführung der Arbeiten außen bis zur Fundamentsohle zu führen, wg. Grundbruchgefahr. Die vorhandenen Lichtschächte müssen erhalten werden, da sie zur Entrauchung der Flure dienen. Sie werden teilw. abgebrochen und neu errichtete, teilweise mit Konsolen statisch ertüchtigt.
