Das Flachdach (rd. 280 m²) eines eingeschossigen Gebäudeteils im Nord-Ost-Bades soll vollumfänglich saniert werden. Das benötigte Fassadengerüst (105 m²) und die Absturzsicherungen (20 m) sind Teil der Leistung. Das Warmdach ist als Schmetterlingsdachkonstruktion mit zwei Dachflächen ausgeführt, die mit einer Neigung von jeweils ca. 2 % aufeinander zulaufen. Beide Dachflächen liegen auf je einer Sparrenlage.
Diese sind mit einer Bretterschalung als Tragschicht versehen.
Die neuen Flachdachfenster erhalten einen Elektroantrieb. Auf der neuen Dachfläche werden sechs Sekuranten angeordnet.
