Neben Demontage und Abbrucharbeiten findet eine komplette Schadstoffsanierung statt. Hierzu gehören flächendeckende Entfernung asbesthaltigen Estrichs, PAK-Sanierung Bodenplatte, Dekontamination des Dachstuhls.
