Brief Description
Mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung wird der Betrieb und die Sanierung (Attraktivierung) der Lohengrin Therme in Bayreuth ausgeschrieben. Zudem soll auf einem benachbarten Grundstück, welches sich im Eigentum der Stadt Bayreuth befindet, ein 4-Sterne-Hotel errichtet werden. Das Hotel soll über einen sog. Bademantelgang an die Lohengrin Therme angebunden werden.
