Für die Grundschule Beuthener Straße soll ein temporärer Ersatzbau auf dem Grundstück Erythropelstraße 61
errichtet werden. Das Grundstück befindet sich in fußläufiger Entfernung zum bisherigen Schulstandort, was die Weiternutzung der Bestands-Sporthalle ermöglicht.
Das zu erfüllende Raumprogramm für 4-zügige Grundschulen ohne Aula und Sporthalle sowie ein Entwurfs-Beispiel liegen den Vergabeunterlagen bei. Es ist von einem Nutzungszeitraum von ca. 12 bis 15 Jahren auszugehen.
Die Interimsschule soll in modularer Holzhybridbauweise errichtet werden. Die enge Grundstückssituation erfordert eine 3-geschossige Ausführung. Das Entwurfs-Beispiel hat eine BGF EG von rd. 1.770 m² und eine BGF gesamt von ca. 5.310 m².
Gefordert ist ein schlüsselfertiges Schulgebäude in modularer Holz-Hybrid-Bauweise inkl. Planungsleistungen und
technischen Anlagen in Außenanlagen zum Pauschal-Festpreis.
