Los 1: FB Schule, Göttinger Str. 23, 30449 Hannover (2.302,23 m²). Los 2: Jugendzentrum Vinnhorst, Kurländer Weg 5, 30419 Hannover (60,09 m²), Jugendtreff Herrenhausen, Haltenhoffstr. 211, 30419 Hannover (51,99 m²), Jugendzentrum Stöcken Eichsfelder Str. 32, 30419 Hannover (144,08 m²); Jalousienreinigung (100,10 m²) Betriebshof Mecklenheide, Schulenburger Landstraße 331, 30419 Hannover (44,98 m²), Musikschule Außenstelle, Im Othfelde 14, 30165 Hannover (25,29 m²); Jalousienreinigung (21,68 m²).

Für beide Lose: Es erfolgt eine einmal jährliche Glasreinigung ohne Rahmen und eine Glasreinigung mit Rahmen alle 5 Jahre. Die erste Glas- und Rahmenreinigung ist im Jahr 2026 auszuführen.
