Gegenstand ist die Erneuerung bzw. Ertüchtigung der Steuerungs-, Mess- und Regeltechnik (EMSR) der TKBAs insbesondere Umstellung der SPS-Technik, Modernisierung der Bedieneinrichtungen und Schnittstellen zur Leitwarte/GLT sowie der zugehörigen Messaufnehmer, Schaltschränke und ausgewählter Armaturen/Kondensatstrecken je Anlage. Die Arbeiten erfolgen im laufenden Institutsbetrieb.
