Brief Description
Im Rahmen der Entwicklung des Standortes Lankwitz der FU-Berlin ist die Rückbaumaßnahme für Haus N Institut für Geologische Wissenshaften auf dem FU-Campus in Lankwitz, Malteserstraße 74 in 12249 Berlin geplant. Diese wurde durch das Büro für Umweltplanung Dipl.-Geol. Winfried Rück GmbH (BfU) geplant. Gegenstand der Baufeldfreimachung ist neben dem Rückbau des Gebäudes auch die Tiefenenttrümmerung und der Rückbau der Grundleitungen. Vor dem Rückbau ist eine vorangehende Schadstoffsanierung des Gebäudes durchzuführen. Hierbei sind gesundheitsschädliche Materialien unter speziellen Sicherheitsmaßnahmen zu demontieren und gesondert zu entsorgen.
