Brief Description
Der Fachbereich Gebäudemanagement der Landeshauptstadt Hannover plant auf dem Schulgrundstück An Mußmanns Haube 2 in Hannover-Herrenhausen einen zentralen Auslagerungsstandort für Grundschulen zu errichten. Es ist vorgesehen mehrere Grundschulen für die Zeit der Sanierung / baulichen Erweiterung am eigentlichen Standort hierher auszulagern.
Leistungsumfang: Planung und Neubau eines schlüsselfertigen Schulgebäudes in Holz- Modulbauweise mit 2-Feld-Sporthalle einschließlich Außenanlagen zum Pauschal-Festpreis. Referenzplanung des AG: BGF Schulgebäude rd. 5.450 m², BGF Sporthalle rd. 2.000 m², Fläche Außenanlagen rd. 7.700 m².
