Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Planung und Errichtung von multifunktionalen Sonderbereichen
im Rahmen des Projektes Neubau ZMedABCSchBw als Totalunternehmerleistung, gegliedert in: Mikrobiologische
Labore, zwei BSL3/S3 und BSL4/S4 Pharmakologische/ toxikologische Labore hochhygiene Tierhaltung (VTH)
in Kombination mit Strahlenschutz Strahlenschutzbereich RK3Bereich, Low Level Labor Der Leistungsumfang
beinhaltet dabei den gesamthaften Ausbau einschl. der raumbildenden Ausbauten der zuvor genannten
Laborbereiche sowie sämtliche technische Anlagen, Sonderanlagen sowie weitere Leistungen. Die Brutto-Grundfläche (BGF) der Sonderlaborbereiche beträgt rund 10.300m².
