Das Staatliche Bauamt München 2 plant den Neubau der Geo- und Umweltwissenschaften sowie der Staatlichen Naturwissenschaftlichen Sammlungen aus dem Bereich der Geowissenschaften (LMU-GEO). Die Leistungen umfassen im Wesentlichen:
Vorgehängte hinterlüftete Fassade mit Natursteinen:
-Fassadenfläche: ca. 6.450 m² - ca. 13.000; 4cm Sandstein im wilden Verband mit 10mm geschlossenen Fugen
-Abgehängte Decken: ca. 182 m²
Vorgehängte hinterlüftete Fassade mit Aluminiumverbundplatten:
- Giebelwandverkleidung ca. 33 m²
Fassade als Wärmedämmverbundsystem:
-Tiefhofbereiche: ca. 230 m²
-Lüftungsbereiche: ca. 166 m²
-Fassadensanierung: ca. 133 m²
