(ca. 6.669 m² Wohnfläche) und 6 Gewerbeeinheiten (ca. 446 m² Gewerbefläche).
Die Gebäude wurden im Jahr 1929 erstellt und werden nun energetisch saniert.
Die Wohnungen EG bis 3.OG sind während der Baumaßnahme bewohnt, die Ladeneinheiten sind
ebenfalls vermietet.
